BZD-680-1400 Series plastic sheet machine(Horizontal)

    Currently we use T-shape device as the main part of the machine to produce PP sheet materials. The main equipments including extruding device, filter, cooling device with two-stick pressing, traction rolling device and then edge-trimming. It’s suitable for the thickness below 2mm of the flake materials. It works with high efficiency and speed and it also cost less. 
◆ Producing line:
1. This Multi-layer Co-extruding Plastic Flake Machine costs less and has stabile working capability.
2.The T-shape device, main part of this machine, is designed according to the US design by our mechanics and it’s in good quality.
3.The roller can be designed according to the customers’ requires so as to assure the customers the best flake material. 
4.The T-shape device can adjust the width and the thickness so as to assure the products quality and economize the cost. 
5.All parts of this machine are imported except the T-shape device so as to assure the precision and the endurance. 
6. This machine not only has the edge-trimming device but auto-cutting device as well. 
◆ Specifications of PP flake materials;
The width of PP flake materials is 600-800mm 
The width of stationary flake materials is 200-2000mm, and the thickness is 0.05-2mm.
The external appearance and physical machinery functions of the flake 
material all match up to the national industry ZBG33006-33008-92 standard, and the food packaging hygiene standard matches up to the GB-85-80《Polypropylene Article Hygiene Standard 》 and the 《Food Packaging Plastics products and Plastics Hygiene managements 》 .
◆This machine can be use to produce PVC, PS, ABS, PE…etc. flake materials after replacing the extruding device.
